Udon are Japanese style flat noodles traditionally produced from refined flour. We have combined wheat and brown rice flour for a nutritious twist. Delicious served in Sukiyaki, a hearty Japanese soup made with chunks of meat and vegetables flavoured with soy sauce and sake, or serve with lightly stir fried ingredients such as Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, spring onions and tofu.
